For ONE PERSON who likes tranquility, for long term rentals. A part of my nice apartment (not the whole one) is for rent by ONE PERSON for 4900 SEK per month (incl. el, water, WiFi, laundry ). Above the access to the kitchen with all equipment, one of two bathrooms (shower, wc), and the balcony with fantastic views you have a nice furnished bedroom (a bed 120 cm, a desk, a bookshelf, a large wardrobe). My home is in 3 min walking distance from the commuter train station Farsta strand (you reach Stockholm City in 16-20 min, Arlanda C in 60 min ), in 7-9 min from the Metro Farsta strand or Farsta Centrum (food shops are close to both stations) and 5-10 min to 2 nice lakes and beautiful forests. For the reason to MATCH our habits and enjoy rental time we ask you to PRESENT YOURSELF and your HABITS by e-mail or text messages (SMS) as we ask under 1. A), B), C) and D). Viewing will be after you send e-mails or SMS with all necessary info. Me and my tenant are hard working and prefer to share the place with a person who likes tranquility, relaxing music, cleanness, healthy food and sometimes to have a good laughter together. We are using my home (I am the owner) mostly for feeling good and for resting (going to bed about 23.00 and up at 6.30-7, of course, later on weekends). Please, no smokers, no very intensive smells, unfortunately, no cooking after 22.45 and, sorry, no parties or visitors with overnight. Why Youll rent a part of our home. Remaining to discuss: some contract details, articles of common use, linen, cleaning, possible registration C/O my name and address for you, your mail and insurance (extra deposits). The main deposit is 5000 SEK and is to pay after we agree on details in the contract. Please, 1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF by sending some general info and answering the questions: A) at what time do you usually get up and go to bed on working days and on Sat, Sun, B) what kind of food do you like to cook and how often, C) what do you like to do in your spare time, and D) what does a clean kitchen and a bathroom mean to you. 2.
