Often, easy parking available. NO SMOKING in or around property, No pets, No illegal drugs, No irresponsible drinking, No illegal use of the premises. We are quiet, financially responsible, polite, clean people who live here. People with jobs are preferred. We recycle and WE SPEAK ONLY ENGLISH.
