A compact communal area provided for entertainment of guests. Internet hookup included. The Bromsten house with the houseguest rooms is on a wooded lot and a 2 minute walk to a forest with trails. About a 10 minute walk to the subway, 5 minute walk to the bus that goes to the train station or one can walk to the Spanga station in about 10 minutes. About 17 minutes downtown from the subway. Often, easy parking available. No pets, no smoking, no illegal drugs, no irresponsible drinking, no illegal use of the premises. We are quiet, financially responsible, polite, clean people who live here. People with jobs are preferred. We recycle and we speak English. All references are checked from a required application. Written agreement provided for this green room themed space. Rent is 4000 SEK per month. First months rent, last months rent and equivalent of a deposit is required to move in. Looking for long term occupancy people.
