Hi are you interested to live in central part of Stockholm and rent a room From 1 of July to end of December, can possible be extended The location of the apartment is superb with easy access to all parts of Stockholm. It takes only 3 min to the central station (T-centralen) and perfect for you who travel a lot. The apartment is located in the heart of Södermalm and is close to both the pendeltåg and the subways green and red line. Your room is cozy and fully furnished with bed, desk, bookshelf and wardrobes. In the apartment you have access to the kitchen that is fully equipped. There are two toilets available one with bathtub/shower. There is also cleaner and dryer in the apartment for you to use when you need. We are a couple who rent out the room. For us its important that its clean and quiet and we expect the same from your part. We want to rent the room out to the right person as its important that we all respect each other. We appreciates if reply with a description of who you are. Pictures could be sent on request. The rent is 5500 SEK included electricity, heat, water and internet.
