Hello, I will be moving to the US for a year, and as such my sambo would like to find a roommate during that time. The apartment has one bedroom, but a rather large living/dinning room area, where a 1.05 by 2.00 m mattress would be included. The rental will also include a cleaning service which will take care of the flat about once a month. The bedroom has access to the balcony, and this access would be shared during the day, and same goes for the living/dinning room area.
