On the 2nd floor of a well maintained historic building. The room overlooks the communal courtyard, with BBQ and outdoor dining area. From the lounge and kitchen side overlooking Botvidsparken. The apartment has washing machine, bathtub, and dishwasher. We also have access to a tvättstuga, woodwork room, guest apartment, and lokal. Im used to living in shared houses, and finding the balance of getting along well and giving space. Moved to Sweden in 2012, no problem to write to me in Swedish I understand well. Lived in the UK 15 years before that.
