I have the opportunity to work abroad for a while, and for that duration, I would love to rent out this lovely 2-room flat in the centre of Södermalm. Spitting distance from Nytorget and just 3 minutes walk to Medborgarplatsen. The whole flat is very open plan, with the kitchen and the living room separated only by a sliver of wall. Large windows facing south will give you plenty of natural light, along with a nice cool breeze for those warm summer days. Included in the rent is the furniture (Really, the less stuff I have to put in storage, the better) , the TV and sound system, WiFi and Electric.
