Hello There is a room in Vällingby available for rent from now on. It is located in the basement in a shared house 5 minutes by bus from subway station and 10 minutes bus to train station. The room has only 2 tiny windows which cant be opened. The rent is 4200 kr per month. Future tenant has access to spacious kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet. There is also parking place available. Electricity, water and wifi internet included in the rent. We are looking for kind and friendly person who always clean after themselves, is tidy, can behave silently in the evening and is familiar with living in shared places. It is required that you have stable and steady income. It would be nice if we could take a look at your employment contract. No animals allowed, preferably non smoker.
