Hello There is one room in Vällingby available for rent from now on. It is located at the 1st floor in a shared house 5 minutes by bus from subway station and 10 minutes bus to train station. The rent is 4300 kr per month. Future tenant has access to spacious kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet. There is also parking place available. Electricity, water and wifi internet included in the rent. We are looking for kind and friendly people who always clean after themselves, are tidy, can behave silently in the evening and are familiar with living in shared places. It is required that you have stable and steady income or are a student. It would be nice if we could take a look at your employment contract. No animals allowed, preferably non smoker.
