Hej hej I am looking for a housemate in a fantastic large central apartment from 7th Oct 2017 to 10th Feb 2018. The apartment is 97sqm, has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It is in very good condition (recently renovated), located on the 4th floor and with a large balcony (sun from mid day until evening) The apartment is fully furnished (kitchen supplies, TV etc). The smaller bedroom has a day bed and bookshelf but happy for you to swap out for your own bed and furniture. It is located in Vasastan (17 Birkagatan), in the central of Stockholm, and just a few minutes away from subway, train and buses. The surrounding area has many nice restaurants and shops and it is a short walk to water and nature. Electricity, water, heating, broadband, TV is included in the rent. I am a 25yr old management consultant originally from Sydney but working at BCG Stockholm for the next 12 months. I enjoy sports and the outdoors as well as dining and wining with good friends :) I am looking for someone would be respectful of the apartment as well as easy going and fun to hang out with too As per the landlords requirements, I also need someone who does not smoke or have pets. Given the contract is only 5 months, the rent is a lot lower for such a nice apartment. I will take the higher proportion of rent as I will be taking the larger bedroom.
