Hey all room hunters A room is available in a safe, quiet and lovely neighbourhood close to Älvsjö station (9 min commuting to city center). looking for a reliable, calm and tidy person who is orderly and a none-smoker to share my apartment with. Room The room is fully furnished with a bed, a couch, a closet, a desk... . The room has access to a small balcony. Kitchen Fully equipped with all the stuff you need, including a dishwasher and two fridges which ones going to be yours. Bathroom Bath tub/shower. The bathroom and the kitchen Will be shared between us. 4800kr/month That includes wifi, electricity and water. One month security deposit is required. Cleaning Im pretty tidy and hate it when things are all over the place. Vacuuming and that kind of cleaning Im not as tough with. As long as the place is nice Im happy. We simply take turns cleaning the shared areas (or we do it together), when it needs to be cleaned. But we always put away our own things. Guests Friends and family are always welcome As long as we respect each other and we are responsible for the people we invite. the music is ok as long as we dont disturb the neighbours and if theres a party I would like to be invited Pets Sadly due to allergy we cant have any pets at home. I will be pretty picky with finding the right person to share my home with. Your age, sex or what your favorite color is, doesnt matter as long as our chemistry works.
