It takes 10 minutes by metro (red line) to the Central station. - The room at 8 sqm can be rented for a minimum of 3 months starting 1st of February 9.500 kr/month - One room for one person: 8 square meters The price includes rent for a furnished room and shared parts, electricity, heating, wireless internet, TV, shared bathroom with bathtub, shared toilet, shared kitchen and living room. It also includes cleaning in mutual areas, clean linens, towels, detergents, tea, coffee etc. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. The entire apartment is 97 square meters in total (3 bedrooms3 ppl). Please No bargains, not more than one person in the rooms, good references and rent to be payed one month in advance.
