Im renting out my fully furnished 2-room apartment for a limited period while Im abroad. The apartment is best suited for one person or a couple looking for a comfortable and well-located place in central Stockholm. Layout: The apartment has two rooms. One smaller room used as a living/relax area (currently also used as a studio), and a larger main room with an open-plan layout combining the kitchen, sleeping area, and living space. The bathroom is separate. The front room can also work well as a dedicated space for the cats if preferred, but this is entirely up to the tenant and how they choose to organize the apartment. Whats included: 3 cats Fully furnished Wi-Fi Electricity, heating, and water Fully equipped kitchen Private washing machine and tumble dryer (no shared laundry room) Location: Located very close to central Stockholm. Excellent access to public transport (metro, buses, trains) and within easy reach of universities, shops, cafés, and restaurants. Rental terms: Available for a fixed short-term period (03 to 20 May). Pets: The apartment is home to 3 friendly indoor cats. The tenant is expected to take care of their basic daily needs (feeding and litter box). I will be traveling abroad during this period and am looking for someone reliable who will take good care of both the apartment and the cats.
