Just 7 minutes by metro from Stockholm city centre I have a cozy furnished room to rent in a delightful house all in wood and with various ecological features in an Eco Village, Understenshöjden, with a village atmosphere. It is embedded in forest with frequent visits by deer. Adjacent is a huge nature reserve, Nackareservatet, with forest and lakes where you can walk or bike for hours until the Baltic. The first lake, Söderbysjön, with a sand beach is 15 minutes walk away. An outdoor gym is by the entrance to the reserve and on the opposite side is another green area with an outdoor pool 10 minutes walk away. The house has six rooms with three bathroom facilities and a shared fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor furnished patios on both sides of the house. Eight minutes walk to the metro station Björkhagen. On the way is a food store, simple restaurants, a café, gym and other facilities. From the metro station it is four stations and 7 minutes by the frequent metro (six to ten minute intervals) to the closest part of the city, Skanstull/Södermalm, 12 minutes to the Old Town, 15 minutes to T-centralen the communications hub, 26 minutes to Stockholm University and 23 minutes to KTH Royal Institute of Technology. The house will be shared with the host and three other guests, in a calm, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, which we value a lot and I hope you do too. The host has 13 years of experience of living together with people from all over the world. You have as much or as little interaction with other guests as you like. Two of the guests, one of whom has lived here for two years, are ladies, from Greece and Germany. A third other guest will shortly be found as the current guest leaves. The host works from his home office in the living-room with tropical rain forest protection in Brazil, which he also visits for projects. 8000 SEK/month (excluding the charge to Qasa) paid on the 15th of the preceding month. includes fast wifi, heating, electricity, washing and dish machine tablets, soap etc. There are two large wardrobes and a tv in the room (not seen in the photos). The bed is 160 cm and two persons can live in the room, at an extra cost. The room is 13mand if wanted a small desk can be added to the room. Sheets, towels and a simple 3-gear bicycle (20 minutes to the city) can also be provided. Each person cleans up before leaving the kitchen and a nice cleaning lady comes in once a week to take care of all common facilities. Preferably at least ten months rental period and available from July 28 or possibly earlier. No pets and no smoking.
