KTH Royal Institute of Technology is 1100 meters away. The nearest metro is 90 meters away and the trip to the Central Station takes 3 minutes. Great neighbourhood. Lots of cafes, bars, a park and a library in the same block. The flat is bright and airy (101 sqm) and contains four rooms, a bathroom and a large kitchen. The apartment is newly renovated with a modern kitchen with all needed equipment, like micro, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. You are welcome to use all facilities. The flat overlooks an inner yard and no noise from the street reaches it. The spacious room has except the bed, a writing desk, an armchair and three wardrobes. You will have the best sleep in a king size bed with a luxury mattress of memory foam. The room will be available from September 1 but might be available earlier. The room is only intended for one person. You are welcome to bring home guest, but sleepover guest is not allowed. The deposit is 9500 SEK. References from several former tenants is available. Finally, your new roommate (me) is an easy-going Swedish woman. I mostly work afternoon/evenings so if you have a 9-5 job we wont be home at the same time all the time.
