Looking for a tenant (to share apartment with my son), someone who believes in living clean and tidy, no-smoking and dont have pets One spacious (14 sq m) private room (furnished with bed, wardrobe, working table and office chair) available for rent, in a fully furnished, comfortable, sunny and convenient apartment in Kista. The size of the apartment is 62 sq m. Rest of the apartment including Kitchen, bathroom and a storage room would be shared with my son. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances (fridge / freezer / dining table / induction / oven / microwave and dishwasher). There is a washing machine in the bathroom and you also have access to a common laundry room. Very close (5 mins walk) to Kista Galleria, T-Bana (metro) bus station and hence also gyms, filmstaden, grocery stores (Lidl, ICA, COOP), shopping, restaurants and whatever else you may need. The train takes you to T central (Central Station) in 16 mins. It is available for rent from 10th January26 to June26 (flexible with the dates). Rent would include heating, garbage collection, internet and water bills. Electricity will be shared equally at actuals. The person needs to have his personal home insurance. One month rent would be taken as refundable security deposit. A brief about my son: He just graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan) and has started working full time from August. Very clean, organised, peace loving and friendly. Looking for flatmate, who would like to stay as a family
