A bus stop is located just 30 meters from the front door, with quick access to Spånga Center/Station in just 12 minutes. There are several convenient connections, with bus stops on each side of the intersection. The Spånga train station is approximately 400 meters away, taking you to Odenplan in 9 minutes and T-Centralen in 11 minutes. Spånga Sports Ground is very close, just across the road, as well as a gas station. There is also extra bike storage and a basement storage room. The laundry room is located just outside the residence. Monthly rent: 5800 SEK Qasa fee. No deposit required. One-month notice period.
