(You find the english text above) Vår sekelskifteslägenhet, med fönster i fyra väderstreck, ligger i marknivå inbäddad i trädgårdens grönska. Från hallen som är välkomnande och rymlig kommer du vidare in i köket med öppen planlösning mot vardagsrummet och glasverandan. Det stora sovrummet har dubbelsäng och rymliga garderober. I arbetsrummet finns en bred extrabädd, en futon. I vardagsrummet och i arbetsrummet finns fungerande kakelugnar. Hallen och det sköna badrummet med morgonsol har golvvärme. Från glasverandan har vi utsikt över Mälaren och ett stenkast från huset finns en badplats med stor solbrygga och badstegar. Under sommarhalvåret liknar vår lilla gata närmast en badort, med människor som strosar i badrock ner för berget för att ta sig ett morgon eller kvällsdopp. I trädgården finns flera sittgrupper som delas med de andra som bor i huset. Här finns också den fullt utrustade tvättstugan. Till lägenheten hör en egen parkeringplats på gården. ENG: Our turn of the century apartment, with windows in all four directions, is on the ground floor embedded by greenery and garden. From the roomy hall you reach the kitchen and, with the open floorplan, you proceed into the living room and a glass porch. The master bedroom has a large double bed and spacious wardrobes. In the study there are more wardrobes and an extra bed, a futon. In the living room and in the study there are traditional tiled stoves. The hall and the bathroom have floor heating. From the glass porch we have a view over the lake Mälaren and a stones throw from the house there is a swimming area with a large jetty from where you can dive into the lake. In summertime our little street reminds you of a seaside resort, with people strolling by in bath robes on their way down the hill for a swim. In the garden there are different spots with outdoor furnitures which you share with the neighbours in the house. You also find a fully equipped laundry here. We have our own parking lot outside the house. Five minutes downhill you find Gröndals small town center with grocery store, drugstore, library, flower shop and one of the best bakeries/ cafés in Stockholm. Here you also find busses and a tram that take you to the city of Stockholm in twenty minutes. With a car you reach most destinations and other suburbs in 15 minutes as the big thoroughfare Essingeleden passes by Gröndal. There is a big playground area for children in Gröndal center and you can easily reach the popular big park area around Vinterviken with large grass lawns, cafés and small gardens by the sea. You can also take long walks along the waterfront on comfortable wooden bridges - or you can rent a kajak. Nearby there is a steamboat that takes you to the city of Stockholm or to Drottningholms Royal Castle with the magnificent park - and to other exciting destinations around Mälaren.
