The house is a spacious 155 m house spread over three floors plus two small mezzanines, with shared spaces designed for both community and privacy. A space on the lower floor is available for rent, with plenty of shared spaces to enjoy with three others. The room is available from August. Note: The space is around a total of 20 sqm. Approximately 15 sqm is a split of the common spaces. The area lies between Hökarängen and Farsta C, both about a 1015 minute walk away. By subway, it takes around 20 minutes to T-Centralen. A bus stop is also nearby. Hökarängen offers cafés, restaurants, shops, and a local cultural scene, while Farsta Centrum provides a wide range of services and stores. The house sits in a green neighbourhood right next to Fagersjö forest. Forest trails are just outside the door, two lakes are nearby, and a swimming pool and sports hall are within walking distance. A friendly cat lives here part-time. We are looking for a couple who appreciates a thoughtful living environment and is open to communicating and finding good shared rhythms with others in the house. This part of the house offers a peaceful, private-feeling living experience with direct access to the garden and outdoor patio. It may also be possible to consider other arrangements than a couple, but the equivalent rent and shared costs for two people would still apply.
