Hello, My mother is looking to rent out another room to a FEMALE tenant. Students are very welcome and we are currently have a female tenant who studies computer science at SU and will be living with us until june 2026. The room comes with full access to an 84 square meter house, which includes a very relaxing outdoor garden. It includes all the kitchen, bathroom, and technical appliances you could possibly need, with 1000/1000 Mbit 5G Wi-Fi and an 85-inch smart TV. Its a 35-minute journey from the door to T-Centralen station, 43 minutes to KTH campus, and 49 minutes to Stockholm University campus. 13 min to Kista Campus. (For international students) I will also help and advise how to get set up in sweden/stockholm and as I have done for every tenant in the past 2 years, I will also do what I can to help you with your career during and post masters degree (CV & Cover letter).
