Hello Currently looking for a room mate that will be getting a private room and that will have access to all the spaces in the rest of the apartment as well. The baby room showed in the pictures is no longer a baby room and will instead be equipped with bed, desk, sofa, wardrobe and tv. I will be staying at another address many nights of the week this will basically mean you have the place for yourself a lot of the time, since I am not home a lot. The location is based right next to the city center of Södermalm which is one metro stop (2 min) away. The apartment is located a 5 min walk from the station of Liljeholmen which is also known for its mall and has a lot of shops and restaurants in it. I am 31 year olds, born and raised in Stockholm. A father and business owner that is now seeking an organized and tidy individual. Foreign student or workers are welcome. Baby rummet på bilden är inte ett babyrum längre utan det kommer finnas säng, skrivbord, soffa etc inställt där. Jag kommer inte befinna mig i lägenheten ofta då jag sover på annan adress flera gånger i veckan. Lägenheten är 5 minuters promenad till Liljeholmens Galleria och T-bana. Finns även en liten bergsbana som går från torget rätt ner till t-banan om man föredrar det. Söker en organiserad/städad individ
