The Tram from St Essinge takes you directly to Friends- Globe- Tele 2 Arena in about 20 minutes. The house is recently renovated and the bathrooms and kitchen has high standard. Here you will enjoy the calmness of a small village atmosphere but still be just 10 minutes away from Stockholm city. This Island is amazing during the summer with great swimming possibilitys, green parks and jogging tracks.The nature is beautiful and the walking paths are surrounded by water. Excellent transport links with bus and tram. The bus takes you downtown in 10 minutes. And the Tram takes you directly to Friends-, Globen- or Tele 2 Arena in about 20 ministers. Your grocerys can be found in a supermarket within a 3 minutes walk from the house. Or if you prefer to eat on a restaurant its also a 3 minute walk from the house. Here you can find food as Thai, pizza, suchi, Take away or eat on the restaurant. Bus to the city center is just a few minutes away. With bus number 1 you be in the city within 10 minutes and in further 15 minutes you be downtown. And the Tram takes you directly to Friends-, Globen- or Tele 2 Arena in about 20 ministers. Parking is possible on the street and you easily find a parking space that you pay for.
