Lägenheten är en rymlig trea på 82 kvm belägen i ett lugnt och grönt område som ligger 10 minuter från centrum och tunnelbanan. 20 minuter bort ligger Mälaren med en fin strandpromenad och flera badplatser, bl.a. Mälarhöjdsbadet. Det tar 20 minuter till TC med tunnelbanan, och två stationer bort ligger Skärholmen galleria. Hyran för rummet är 4500kr, inklusive el, vatten och hemförsäkring (dock inte Wi-Fi). En deposition på två månadshyror utgår, som givetvis återfås vid utflytt (efter godkänd inspektion). Jag som hyr ut heter My, jag är 31 år gammal och student. Jag har två sociala och gosiga katter, en skäggagam och fågelspindlar (som inte är giftiga eller tar promenader utanför sina terrarium, utan stannar där), därför bör du inte vara ödle- och/eller spindelrädd eller kattallergiker.
