Hello Everyone, My name is Selim Kaya, and Im an IT entrepreneur currently based in Dubai. Ill be moving back to Dubai on October 1st, 2024, and Im looking for someone to share my apartment with. While youll have the place to yourself most of the year, Ill need access to the apartment for about 3-4 months annually. During these periods, Ill occupy my bedroom, but the rest of the apartment will remain available to you. The apartment is spacious, recently renovated, and features two balconies. Its ideally located within 50-100 meters of key amenities such as shopping centers, train stations, airport bus stops, and the sea (Liljeholmskajen, Vinterviken), among others. As for me, Im laid-back and familiar with the city. Id be happy to show you the apartment while Im in town and conduct some interviews before finalizing the rental.
