Very calm area and a calm apartment as I live here with one of my teenage sons therefore I am renting one of the remaining rooms. I would like to rent to a kind and clean person who can respect the house rules. I love cooking and keeping it clean and I have no problem sharing meals with my tenant as I am a family person.
