Although the apartment has not undergone major altering renovations the past 20 years, essential maintenance, minor upgrades, and necessary repairs were carried out in the spring of 2025 such as, waterproof re-sealing the kitchen and new oven purchased in 2023. Water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich grill, microwave, vacuum cleaner, and a clothing iron. Additionally, I have constructed a versatile room-divider. The room is spacious enough to allow for temporary or permanent division, creating a private and cozy bedroom area. When not in use it can be easily folded and stored neatly on the side. Residents have access to a spacious shared laundry room located in the basement. This facility is well-equipped with multiple machines, ensuring convenient and nearly always available laundry services.
