The area is wonderful with good restaurants and bars, plenty of cozy cafes, shops and a nice neighborhood cinema. Beautiful parks and green areas and a lovely walk down to the water, Vinterviken and nice swimming areas. I am looking for someone who wants to rent for about 3 months, or longer if everything works well
