Vi hyr ut vår fina tvåa under ca 3 månader, mellan ca 15 januari-15 april 2026. Lägenheten har allt man behöver. På innergården finns det cykelrum, tvättstuga. I hyran ingår internet och el. Vi söker en lugn och ordningssam person/par som inte röker eller har djur. Det är viktigt att du/ni följer föreningens ordningsregler. Short term contract, with no possibility for an extension. Nice apartment on the ground floor in a quiet courtyard in a very pleasant area in Vasastan, close to both restaurants and parks, walking distance to Odenplan and the City Center. The rental period is a short-term contract for 3 months, between around 15 January-15 April 2026. The apartment has everything you need, fully furnished and equipped kitchen. In the courtyard there is a laundry room for people who live in the building. The rent includes internet and electricity. We are looking for a quiet and tidy person/couple who does not smoke or have animals. It is important that you as tenant follow the associations rules of conduct (for example be quiet at night, clean the space after you have used the laundry room and more).
