The apartment is available from now until the end of June for sure. There may be a possibility to extend beyond June, but I will only be able to confirm that around the end of May. So you can move in immediately and stay until the end of June without any issue. By the end of May, I will let you know whether you will need to leave on the 30th of June or if you can extend and stay longer (if you want to, is also ok to rent only until the end of June if that is what you are looking for).
