A comfortable, low-cost apartment in nice building with nice neighbors in a great area close to central Stockholm. Its an old building. It isnt luxury but it has charm and is well maintained. I like it here. Lots of trees. The building sits atop a hill with a grassy slope, perfect for cats. You can see Stockholm City Hall from the backyard. A small green park where children play is across the street. Were 400 meters from the Aspudden Centrum and t-bana, which is two stops, or about 10 minutes from Södermalm. Its a direct line to Stockholms University. In the bedroom is an truly wonderful Mio bed, a big desk and plenty of closet space. In the living room theres a large loft bed with a comfortable mattress and big fluffy pillows that sleeps one. (140kg max). Under the loftbed is desk where I do my work. If you like enclosed workspaces, youll like it too. Theres a big 40inch TV. I ended my Swedish TV subscription long ago, having never watched it. If you subscribe to Netflix, Prime, Boxer etc, you can logon through the attached Sony PS3. Theres a stereo with wonderful Bose 301 speakers you can connect to via bluetooth. Youll find a huge collection of DVD movies youre welcome to watch. High Speed internet, 250/50mbs with a strong wifi signal is included. Mobile wifi is included, a huge convenience. Im looking for quiet, responsible people who dont smoke. Pets are fine. Its a quiet building so no parties. There are reserved parking spaces out front for rent. Ill check availability and price from the landlord if youre interested. Prospective tenants will have to be approved by the landlord. They will run a credit check, I am sure. Im at university overseas until the end of the year. Its yours until then. Enjoy it.
