Im renting out a furnished room in my apartment near Gullmarsplan, with access to the metro, light rail, and several bus connections. The building is located right next to the Årsta Nature Reserve, and its a 20-minute walk to Södermalm. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, armchair, and a bookshelf with cabinets. Im looking to rent it to a female international exchange student for the spring semester. The rent is 6,000 SEK per month, and the room is available from January 10th. The rent includes access to the toilet and bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you will have your own fridge. Electricity, internet (including Netflix if you want it), and some basic household necessities are also included. In the basement, there is a shared laundry room, a sauna, and bicycle storage. Im friendly and organized, and my 11-year-old son lives with me half the time. Hes also friendly and used to having a tenant at home. You should be able to show proof of stable income, good finances, or CSN (student aid).
