Renting out a small furnished room in a 4 bedroom flat in central Stockholm as the current flatmate is leaving for Malmö. Youll be sharing the flat with others. Looking for a responsible tenant who is 30, used to sharing with others but also likes to hang out a bit here an there (were social - have a bunch of board games and such but we all work all the time so no one has any time). Good vibes are great. Its not a party place though, but it is really close to bars/restaurants around Södermalm so easy enough to just pop outside and hang out with people. The rent includes all bills (with Wifi) and you have access to the rest of the flat which includes living room (with a TV with chrome cast and so on), kitchen etc. We also have a cleaner about 1-2 per month for the general spaces. As for the furniture in the room, there is a queen bed and a chest of drawers (whatever you see in the picture). Theres also a fireplace (although cant use it anymore unfortunately but you can put candles in there). FYI. There isnt a whole lot of storage space as the room is on the smaller side. This is something to consider. We can though take your luggage to the attic to clear that out of the way. Theres a deposit of 2,000 which is returned as long as the room is clean and in a nice shape when you move on. You do need to have a stable job.
