Keep reading: Ive shared this apartment before and lived with people in their homes in other countries so Im used to sharing my home. The apartment is optimally planned and spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchen, has a washing machine and a built in dryer in the bathroom. So far no dishwasher, but that can be discussed and organized. The open space between the kitchen and the room has a large dining table that is big enough both for eating and hanging out. There is a comfortable sofa in the living room. The bedroom the new tenant will rent is the master bedroom, its gonna be rented out unfurnished, so each tenant has had their own bed there and desk etc. It has several built in closets, and a separate door to the large balcony that frames the entire flat. The images show how one tenant furnished it, the living room and kitchen has also changed a bit. You will have free access to the shared spaces. I have the smaller room myself and am renting out the master bedroom. Rent does not include internet and electricity. Electricity bills arrive a couple of times a year and will be added separately. The location is unmatched You will be 10 minutes from Vinterviken, and 15 minutes to the center of Stockholm. Hornstull is just two stops away, but the flat is in a quiet area so its not too noisy right outside. There are trees. And its easy to get to anywhere else in the city with public transport with the red subway lines nearby. I can sublet for 6 months or 1 year, we can discuss. If I will work abroad again it can also mean a possibility to rent the apartment for longer. I have previously subletted to tenants who have stayed for a long time, it regards the whole apartment, but also during the times Ive needed to keep a home base in Stockholm, and rented out the master bedroom. So you need to be ok with living with me. And love allergy friendly cats. I live with a Siberian. When Im away the cat is not around. Can happily share sauna membership with future tenants. I am Swedish, but I am used to living with non-Swedes too which is why this is in English. We speak Swedish, English, Bulgarian and Russian. Vi delar på ett öppet vardagsrum/kök och badrum. Det stora sovrummet kommer att hyras ut omöblerat, det finns gott om förvaring och stolar tex. Köket är fullt utrustat. Vardagsrummet har en stor soffa, bokhyllor och fåtöljer. Jag är van vid att dela boende med andra och kan både vara social och behöva lugn och egentid. Balkongen är stor och det går att installera diskmaskin i köket.
