Shared apartment, but I am often out of town for weeks to months at a time. Ideal short to medium housing for a visiting student or researcher, or as an overnight room in town for out of town residents, not for someone looking for a place to use to get a Swedish person nummer. Looking for someone who leaves the kitchen and bathroom clean after use... Payment by paypal (700 /month) because the value of the Swedish kronor is...unstable. :)
