English On a quiet street next to Mariatorget(Södermalm), this cozy 1.5 apartment is found in a three-storey 1900s house. The apartment has preserved wooden floors, high ceiling and a fully functional stove. It is located on the top floor, with access to a balcony from the stairwell above the garden. The apartment consists of two separate spacious rooms with lots of light - a large and spacious kitchen and a living room with bed. With this location you can quickly get around all of Stockholm, as the apartment is close to the red line Mariatorget, and the green line Medborgarplatsen and the commuter train (Södra station) The house is shared with nice neighbors in a well-kept building. The house hosts two laundry rooms, sauna, balconies, a green courtyard, bicycle room and storage room. The rent includes electricity / internet / heating, and is rented furnished. We are a couple living in the apartment, but we will be staying in France until September due to our studies.We are looking for someone who has a stable income, is communicative, tidy, non-smoking and without pets. The apartment is perfect a person, or a couple who both enjoy being at home and actively use the city. We are in town for the next few weeks and are flexible to show our home and meet up.
