We are living abroad and so renting our radhus in Nälsta until at least August 2025. On the entrance level the hall leads to a semi-open plan kitchen and dining area. From there you can access the deck and garden. Also on the entrance level is a laundry room, toilet, shower and bedroom. On the first floor is the bathroom, lounge, office/small bedroom and a further two bedrooms. There is a large wardrobe in the hall, storage in the laundry room and a large built in wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. Garage and parking included. It is district heating (fjärrvärme), usually lower cost. Internet, water and waste collection are included in the rent. Nälsta is a 15 minute walk to Vällingby Spånga with regular buses to both. 18 minutes to T-centralen by pendletåg from Spånga.
