I am renting out my 19.2 m studio in Bromma, Stockholm, from June to August. There is a possibility to extend the rental until January next year, since I will likely go on an exchange in the autumn. The rent is 4100 SEK per month. This includes water, hot water, and electricity. The studio is fully furnished, as shown in the photos. It is a separate unit with its own bathroom, shared kitchen. The metro station Åkeshov is across the road. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center. A swimming pool and a gym are also across the road. A private parking space is available downstairs for 300 SEK per month. This is an official sublet approved by the housing company. The tenant must be a student.
