We are renting out our lovely sunshine-filled fully floor-heated apartment in Stenungsund for up to a year due to changing jobs and moving to the east coast. The apartment will be rented out unfurnished, but the washing machine and kitchen equipment will remain. All costs (except electricity) are included in the monthly price. Move-in date can be later than advertised. The apartment is situated in the quaint Hallerna suburb outside of Stenungsund 60m above sea level. The sea is a 15-minute walk away, the local city centre with its shopping mall is 5 minutes away by car. The location in Södra Bohuslän provides easy access to Tjörn and Orust islands as well as multiple lakes and hiking trails in Svartedalen, golf courses, etc, all within 10-15 minutes driving. Gothenburg is a convenient 45 minute bus or train ride away with frequent departures. The southward-facing apartment is on the second floor with large windows and a cosy balcony that is almost completely private with lovely views to the forest just opposite. There is a large living room together with a dining area and kitchen space, as well as a large and small north-facing bedroom with thick blinds. Individual parking is included with the apartment and also includes a private electric charging station. The apartment has its own storage area and a shared locked area for bicycles. The apartment is unfurnished The monthly price includes all utilities and internet, except electricity.
