Theres a small community of people living here sometimes we have food or watch a movie together. Youll also have your own room, and you wont be expected to socialize more than you want to. The boat itself is situated in an old industrial area, with warehouses and the like. However, the environment is overall very quiet. Enjoy this special experience, where youll be living literally on the water Price is 9500 sek/month (incl. VAT), with a one month deposit. This includes cleaning of the common areas, and once a month cleaning of your private room. (If you take part in cleaning, your rent will be reduced.)
