Hi, We just bought a 3a and now we are looking for a roommate. We are Canadian-Swedish couple and are 33. We have our house outside Nyköping and I (Jessie ) will use the apartment few nights a week as I am working in Kista för Renault Head Quarter. Thus, we are looking for someone that is calm, clean and pay on time to take care of our second home. We are moving on November 1st. You are welcome to move with us We want 7500kr/month (pretty good deal as you will have the apt most of the time for yourself), 2 months deposit and 2 months notice period. Rum is available for an undefinite period of time :-) Picture are from the visning. It will be same apt but we different furniture. Rum to rent is the princess rum but dont worry, we will redecorate Jessie & Jonas
