You will be joining an international ensemble of 3 people with mixed backgrounds who enjoy each others company. Will therefore prioritize a socially capable and thoughtful person that can cooperate in maintaining a home and respecting other people. That being said, i want you to feel home and find it a place you rest in without social obligations. The place is Ideal for students or weekly commuters, but all kinds are welcome Good transport options in the area makes you well connected to the rest of Stockholm. If you like to have nature nearby, Hagaparken is just a stone throw away and if you are the shopping kind, Mall of Scandinavia is just as close. The rent includes electricity and broadband. A bed and clothe hanger is available and included in the room. If you have your own furniture, this can be easily removed. Renting out for 6 months initially, with possibility to extend and one months reciprocal notice. Only firm rules are no partying, playing high music and no pets allowed.
