Our current longtime roommate has scored a new amazing apartment in town, and we are looking for an equally cool replacement The room will be available from the beginning of June. The price is 6340 sek for rent a variable (normally around 300 to 450 sek per person) electricity and insurance expense. The approx size of the room is 9m2 Rent might be increased from October 2024, Youll be sharing the apartment with us: Aditi (27yo) and Ashish (30yo). Aditi works as researcher in the biomedical field and Ashish works as researcher in solar cell industry. We are looking for you, an easy going and social person, with a steady income and that, can bring good energy to our home. Our apartment is a 95sqm 4rok (3 rooms, hall, kitchen, dining area, two balconies and two bathrooms). The last picture is of the room that you will be taking over. The apartment is neat all year round, we dont shy away from cleaning up after ourselves. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Ulriksdal Station and 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop. There are two groceries at walking distance and solna centrum is a 20 min bus ride The people youll be living with (us) are both social, outgoing and love playing sports. We enjoy good laughs and nice conversations. In the kitchen we cook together every now and then.
