Our fantastic and modern 4:a apartment is 97m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets (one with a shower/bath), an open kitchen with a big bright living room. It is fully furnished. To be noticed, the baby crib and the kids beds and small furniture/toys in the second and third bedrooms have been already moved. The bed in the master bedroom is there. The kids bed in the second bedroom is available upon request. There are fully equipped kitchenwares and even bed sheets and blanks are available. The kitchen is with induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a fridge, and a freezer. We have our own washing machine and drying machine in the master bathroom but the common laundry room is just downstairs with 3 washing machine and 1 drying machine and a drying room. There is no balcony in our apartment since it is at the first floor. The apartment is 700m walking distance to the subway station Solna centrum (line 10 and 11) and of course the convenient Solna centrum. There are many supermarkets close by: Lidl, ICA MAXI, City gross... A children-friendly park is just across the street and the apartment is also close to a lot of förskola and schools (both English and Swedish). We plan to rent it out for at least 1.5 years (contract is signing for every year) from Feb.1st, 2019. The rent is 19000 SEK per month including everything: water, electricity, heating, Internet, tv and radio tax, home insurance. To be noticed, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom is already occupied (not locked since internet connection is there). The deposition is one-month rent. Pets and smoking are not allowed because of allergy.
