Our fantastic and modern 4:a apartment is 97m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, an open kitchen with a big bright living room. It is fully furnished. The kitchen is with induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a fridge, and a freezer. We have our own washing machine and drying machine in the master bathroom but the common laundry room is just downstairs with 3 washing machine and 1 drying machine and a drying room. To be noticed, there is no balcony in our apartment since it is at the first floor. The apartment is 700m walking distance to the subway station Solna centrum (line 10 and 11) and of course the convenient Solna centrum. There are many supermarkets close by: Lidl, ICA MAXI, City gross... A children-friendly park is just across the street and the apartment is also close to a lot of förskola and schools. We plan to rent it out for at least 2 years (contract is signing for every year) from Dec.1st, 2017. The rent is 20000 SEK per month including everything: water, electricity, heating, Internet, basic tv program (also tv and radio tax), home insurance, and a monthly cleaning fee. If you dont want the monthly cleaning, the rent will be 19500 SEK per month but you have to keep the apartment really tidy. We would like to keep a walk-in closet closed and if you agree with that, it will be another 500 SEK deduction on the monthly rent. The deposition is one-month rent. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
