A Room for Rent Available from April 1st. Hi Im Fernando, a friendly and easygoing professional. Im currently working as a teacher and studying at Stockholm University to become certified in Spanish teaching. I am renting out a very nicely and well-furnished 10 m room in a large 4-room apartment in Huvudsta/Solna, Storgatan. Very good transport connections: 400 meters from Huvudsta Centrum (Hemköp, restaurants, and subway), 8 minutes to T-centralen, 3 minutes to Sundbyberg Centrum (Tram, Lidl, Systembolaget, restaurants, and commuter trains are available there), and 15 minutes to Mall of Scandinavia. A very nice and quiet area, and a 5-minute walk to Ulvsunda Lake. We will share the kitchen, refrigerator, living room, and bathroom. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. The apartment: -One 10 m room, -Kitchen with dishwasher -Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the apartment -Bathroom with a shower -The room is furnished -Bicycle room included -Plenty of parking spaces outside the apartment for hourly payment, but there is also the possibility to rent a parking space in the garage for a fee. What is included in the rent: -Heating, water, electricity, internet, cleaning supplies, and TV. Non-negotiable requirements: -No payment defaults -Non-smoker. -Organized finances -Tidy and enjoys keeping things clean -Total rent: 7,000 SEK.
