Hello, My name is Joana and together with my husband Isak are looking for our new tenants for our beloved and fully furnished apartment in Bergshamra. We currently live in Los Angeles so a long-time contract is available and encouraged. The property is an apartment in Bergshamra, Solna, really close to Danderyds Sjukhus, Universitetet, Mörby Centrum, Solna Centrum, Mall of Scandinavia, etc. The tunnelbanan is just 7 minutes walking, 18 minutes away from T-Centralen and theres multiple bus stops nearby. This apartment would be ideal for couples who love nature but dont want to sacrifice the closeness to the city center. A charming area if you ask me ) The apartment is a 2:a, 50 m2, with a small balcony with morning sun, first floor, fully furnished. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom newly renovated. No smokers allowed. The rent is 15,000 sek and electricity, heating, water, internet includes. The move-in date would be 27th of April as earliest. References encouraged. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have. Best regards, Joana Isak Nordmark
