Hi Me and my wife are renting out a furnished bedroom in our newly renovated apartment. I will be travelling back and forth due to my new job, so some time it will be only my wife in the apartment, sometimes it will be both of us, some times none of us. The apartment is on the 6th floor of a 10 floors building. We renovated the interior last year, except for the kitchen, which is still in very good shape. It is a very bright, spacious and quiet apartment. It has a separate kitchen, living-room, toilet room and a bathroom. All of this will be shared with us. Then, we have our bedroom, your bedroom and an extra office room for us. Normal usage of water and electricity is included in the price. Wifi aswell. There is a green park right by the apartment, it is 6-7 min walk to Västra Skogen metro stop, and from there it takes 8 minutes to get to the central station by metro. There is a grocery store (ICA Nära) next to the apartment, and another one (Coop) by the metro stop. The apartment is a 10-15 min walk far from the water (Pampas marina) and Solna Centrum, and there are a couple of restaurants and a bakery 1-5 min from the building. About us, we are both in our 40s, we like doing sport, nature, travelling and discovering nice food places wherever we go. We are looking for a quiet non smoking girl/woman, and with no pets (even though we like animals..). We like to keep our apartment tidy and clean, and we would like the person to do the same :) More details can be discussed by phone or when we meet.
