Im renting out my room at Björnstigen 24 in Solna, right at Bergshamra torg. Im going to Australia, so Im looking for someone to stay during the time Im away, with the possibility to extend since Im not planning to move back to Stockholm permanently. The location is very convenient. The metro is only about 100 meters from the apartment, so youre basically right next to the station. Around the corner is Danderyds sjukhus, and there are also several bus connections nearby that take you across Stockholm. Within 100200 meters you have everything you need supermarket, gym, cafés, restaurants, library and other services. Its an easy place to live in terms of both transport and daily life. The room itself is 23 square meters, so its quite spacious. It also has a 7 square meter balcony thats fully covered in glass, which makes it usable most of the year and gives you some extra space and natural light. The room will be rented furnished. Theres an extra dresser in addition to whats shown in the pictures, and some decoration that can either stay or be removed depending on what you prefer. Youll be sharing the apartment with two other people during the first week. After that, one of them will also move to Australia, which means his room will be partially empty. So after the first week, there will only be one other person living there full-time. You share the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas.
