Hi, I am currently doing a Masters in Lund until June 2026, and have my first-hand apartment rented out. However, my current tenant would like to move out as soon as possible due to personal reasons. For this reason, I am looking to rent out my apartment temporarily as soon as possible until the end of June 2026. The company I am renting from is Wåhlin Fastigheter AB. Its a 2-room, 58 sqm apartment with a large combined living and kitchen area, which is perfect for up to two people. As you can see from the pictures, the apartment comes with a sofa, a sofa table, a TV, a kitchen island, a dishwasher and the typical kitchen utensils. The bedroom is also quite spacious and includes a 160x200m bed and closets with plenty of storage for your clothes. Moreover, the apartment has a balcony with an outdoor sofa, chairs and a table. Regarding the bathroom, its also quite spacious but does not come with a washing machine/dryer. However, we have a laundry room with a digital booking system, and I never had an issue spontaneously booking a room. Each laundry room has two industrial washing machines, one dryer and one dryer closet. The area Huvudsta, where the apartment is located, is quiet and has a lot of nature close by. Furthermore, the nearest metro station is 8 mins away (ca. 9 mins to T-Centralen and 5 mins to Fridhemsplan). You have a Hemköp at the metro station, an Ica maxi ca 15 min walking distance away and a Willys and Lidl 10mins by bus away in Sundbyberg. The base rent is 10,559 SEK/month, excluding electricity and internet. I expect the cost for electricity to be around 340 SEK/month, and the cost for the 1000 MBit/s internet will be 349 SEK/month. Since the apartment is fully furnished, a 15 surcharge applies (1,583 SEK), in line with Swedish rental law for furnished sublets. Hence, the total rent would be 12831 SEK, which is a great price for Stockholm and such a large apartment so close to the city centre. Two last things: Since I need approval to sublet from my rental company, the process will be that if I decide to rent the apartment to you, I will send all needed documents, including the signed contract, tenant reference, etc to Wåhlin Fastigheter, and once they approve it, its done Additionally, the viewings will be done with the current tenant, whose opinion I will also take into consideration, as I am currently located in Lund.
