I have a room for rent in my flat in Rotsunda, close to Rotebro. Its me and my child who lives here. As I have asthma I need a tenant who is a non-smoker and who dont use incense nor much perfume. And as my child is living here parties is a big no too. The room is furnished. You bring your own beddings and towels. We share the kitchen and bathroom. We have separate cooking utensil, there are some you can borrow and if you need more you bring it yourself. You ill have your own kitchen storage and shelfs in the freezer and fridge. We share the stove, oven, micro. We take turns in cleaning the shared areas, its cleaned every week. Rent is 4300kr/month, electricity is included. Theres one rent in deposit. If you want to use the Wi-Fi it adds on 200kr/month. The tenancy agreement terminates at the turn of the month that occurs three months after termination of the contract. Furniture: Bed 160 width (280), bed protection, height-adjustable desk, office chair, secretaire with drawers, lamps, wardrobe, bookshelf, curtains, and blinders. In the photos there are some private things belonging to the present tenent so only the things listed above is part of the furniture.
